Service

Roof replacement

Full tear off down to the deck, new underlayment, new flashing, and a 50 year system warranty.

A new roof, installed as one system rather than a pile of parts

Most roofs fail at the edges, not in the middle. That is why a Hartline replacement starts with a full tear off to bare decking, so we can see and replace every soft board before anything new goes down.

From there we install a matched system from a single manufacturer: ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, starter strip, shingles, hip and ridge caps and a continuous ridge vent. One brand, top to bottom, is what makes the long warranty real.

What Columbus says after the dumpster leaves

“Hail took out half the street. Hartline was the only company that got on the roof with the adjuster and argued for the vents and gutters. We paid our deductible and not a cent more.”
