Recent roofs across Central Ohio
A small selection of the 300 or so roofs we finish every year. Every one was installed by our own crew and photographed by the foreman.
Project spotlight
The Delaware farmhouse
A 1920s farmhouse with three rooflines, a wraparound porch and two layers of old shingles hiding eleven sheets of soft decking.
We tore off to the rafters, sheathed the porch in new plywood, reflashed the chimney in copper and installed a charcoal architectural system with a full length ridge vent. The owners say the upstairs is five degrees cooler this summer.

What Columbus says after the dumpster leaves
“Hail took out half the street. Hartline was the only company that got on the roof with the adjuster and argued for the vents and gutters. We paid our deductible and not a cent more.”
